Has anyone been able to display NAV info or menus in the instrument cluster? The dealer activated all Comand features with StarDiag and I can display all functions through the instrument clluster including AUX, FM, TV, CD. However NAV does not show up. MBUSA and dealer say that that is the way it is supposed to work.

I would like to hear from someone that can actually display NAV menus through the instrument cluster so they can be activated through the wheel controls.

BS! The instrument cluster has different available menu's to scroll through...some of these menu's are standard, others are optional...optional menu's are phone, teleaid and navigation...These optional menu's can be (de)activated by any dealer with stardiagnose and educated technicians (10 minutes max).

Got the IC display activated by the dealer. Everything (NAV, Radio, TV, Sirius, etc) displays through the IC Display. Works great. Thanks Steve.

Interesting, on my IC, the only thing I see is when the NAVI portion is displayed, it only says "READY" and I can do anything else. Is this suppose to be it?

Unless you are navigating with a destination entered, it is supposed to show NAVI Ready. As soon as you enter a destination and activate the navigation, the arrows and instructions as well as mileage to next turn will be shown on the IC.

No. You cannot navigate menus through the steering buttons. It only displays navigation info.
