Springs in spare tire cover trunk handle?

Springs in spare tire cover trunk handle?
My handle came apart under load and for the life of me I can't figure out how to position the springs to get it to close.
Can someone take a pic and share?

Well, that's a new one! I suspect that the round parts fit over the hinge axles. I haven't fixed this particualr problem, but I have repaired similar spring-loaded devices. It's just one of those things like a "tavern puzzle" that you'll have to figure out.
