Is there an easy way to change the clock

I believe you click the service button on the COMAND > settings/time?> click your time zone then it will ask you if it is daylight savings time or standard. Click standard then it'll automatically adjust it.

Yep, that's it. COMAND gets its time (in GMT) fromt he satellite system. All it then needs to know is which timezone you are in, and if it's DST or not. Honestly, I am surprised that they didn't create an option to get the timezone automatically from the satellite position.

Thus illustrating an issue I am trying to publicize.
2005-2007 MCS2 uses Comand with "SERV" button, 2008-9 uses "SYS" button. When buying one to retrofit into 2005-7 car, you must use the early "SERV" version or you won't be able to set time properly.
I just find it fun to see the issue here but nobody connected the dots on this thread. I figured out the hard way. (Why I now have a 2008-9 system for sale in Classifieds).
I do not know what happens when you put the early system in later car. Hopefully we find out from someone sooner or later.
