Condensation Issues
When it is really cold and dry outside, the fuel mixture on start up is rich and the car idles and drives great. On a sunny day, the car is also smooth.
I've spent enough money on the dealer investigating and I'm pretty sick of it. I've replaced all plugs and wires, replaced the MAF, O2 sensors, fuel filter, etc. etc. Checked all vacuum lines. Truth be told, it needed to be done anyway. Anyway, a lot of money spent with no results. The dealer thinks I'm a psycho because they can't replicate my findings. I reiterate that the car is fabulous to drive when it is warmed up. The symptoms don't occur all the time. Only sometimes.
There are no codes. Dealer says nothing is wrong.
Any ideas what else I can do?
I have not used dry gas because of concerns with the alcohol. I have not used Seafoam or anything like that. Techron didn't work. Changing gas stations didn't work either. I use only first tier premium gas anyway.
It's not my car. My teenaged son drives it to high school.
