Replacing suspension parts CLK 500

I have an 04 clk 500, and have the following parts
upper and lower control arms with ball joints
inner and outer tie rods
sway bars
Since I have the whole control arm with the ball joint in it, is this simply bolt off old and bolt on new with out needing special tools?
I have to do this in the drive way so I was thinking once the parts are semi tight I would use a jack under the rotor to simulate it being under load to tighten it up fully.
Any tips or suggestions?
