AC control issue

AC only blows cold air on low if you put it on 61 or lower it's hot like you have the heat on hi. Flaps are working to switch between floor defrost and vents in front. Anyone seen this before ideas temp. sensor?

low refrigerant can also cause odd issues like this. Check the pressures. Also, try the ACC test/reset procedure: simultaneously press and hold the RECIRC anf FRONT DEFROST buttons until their indicator lights begin to flash. They should continue to flash for about 30 seconds, then stop. Sometimes this can fix minor synchronization problems. If they don't stop flashing, then then you have a problem in the system, likely a broken damper linkage or servo.

Ok thanks I tried to sync it earlier today with no luck. But the low refrigerant seems very likely. I had to have the compressor and dryer replaced last May.

Did they also replace the expansion valve? If not, have its operation checked.
