Where to get an Exhaust for the best buck

I'm interesting in getting either or Borla or Magnaflow muffler to do the quad set up. Which muffler would you guy recommend (model #), I prefer louder but not making the sound to ricey. Any online place I can get a good deal and that will ship International?
