I don't see any damage - just a zip tie. But putting this on a non-amg is just as weird as a trunk emblem - maybe weirder since it even has the name of the guy who supposedly built it.

I've seen a few threads where guys install these air-boxes for better airflow. Again I am not affiliated with the seller but for the price he is offering the air-box alone is worth more than the whole package! Don't shoot the messenger lol

But this is not like the E55K air boxes where it's actually two separate air boxes. This looks just like the 500 ones just silver with AMG so is there really a difference?

I would hope it had better airflow than a standard 500 seeing that an AMG motor produces more power.
