05' vs 06'-09' fog lights

Are there any replacement fog lights with chrome housing that I can purchase to be a direct fit on my'05 clk500? The 06'-09' CLK's have chrome housings around the fog lights, I want to go for that look.

The chrome trim ring is actually part of the plastic "grille" insert in the bumper. I don't believe the inserts are interchangeable - I am fairly sure the bumper design changed.

I thought it was the actual fog lights that had the chrome housing. I see what you're talking about now, I found this on eBay and it looks like it wouldn't fit without a custom modification.

Yep, when I did my LED DRL project, I removed the chrome trim ring from the black plastic grille panel before covering it with wire mesh:
