These are basically the same M113 engines with the 430 being a shorter-stroked version of the 500, so that should be a match. I assume the CLK430 is a W208, and the CLK500 is a W209? If so there are some differences in the underbody chassis. If you are trying to get the dual exhaust look, I am not sure there is enough clearance between the bumper and the spare tire carrier on the W209. If you are looking for a drop-in upgrade, I doubt it would work, but if you are willing to do some bending and welding, you can likely make it fit.

Yes it for a w208, I think it a dual tip on left side system. I am not able to do the bending so I may stay away, He is selling it brand new in box for 225, I think it could be had for 175 but if I have to spend a bunch rigging it to work on 500 Ill pass. And I hit a stove box full of trash on the right headlight yesterday and with a 1000 dollar deductible all my moner is going to fix that. denter hood fender broke light damaged bumper and scratched right side back to the back wheel well. Lucky I was able to not take a front center hit like it was going to without a quick correction.
