CLK500 vs. E500

So what exactually is the CLS anyways? Like what is the point of Mercedes even making it? Its like the whole new useless car segment started by the Acura TSX. (Not that I don't think the CLS has a beautiful front end, I love the aggressive head lights, the rear side, is too downwards sloping for my tastes)

I Like it!!! The E's headlights are better but besides that it looks alot sportier than the E and maybe a more luxurious interior. Wonder how much it is? E class costs enough.

I like the CLS,, its different,, Its nice,, I guess MBZ is putting it out because BMW is coming with the 645CI
Which One would u take, They are both going to be bout the same price range,,

I will definitely choose E-class especially E500 w/ sport package. E-Class will have combination of both luxurious + sportiness. CLK: hmm... it doesn't worth $$. You spend $50-$60k++, but look the interior, pretty much like $30k car.... I don't like it... E500 has airmatic suspension which will let your car lowered. This thing is nice.. your car will look even sportier!! Don't look at E-Class w/o sport package or E320 cause they don't have airmatic system. They look ugly (well not that ugly, just so soo... and for oldies I guess.
CLS vs. 645?
I'm pretty sure this car will cost over $70k+ or maybe reach over $80k. If that's the case, I would buy SL500. Used one is okay. SL500 rocks!!. Sporty and it has everything. Say what? You want chick? Drive this and everybody will be waiting in line :p

Ipolo: I thought the E500 came with airmatic standard. And I don't want the appearance package because I don't like Black birds eye maple. Also is there that much difference in standard body to apperance body kit? Because I can't tell the difference.
