Does everyone have the manual headlight leveling switch?

This is odd but the dealer says all the cars have it, its a piece right next to the headlight switch, you can roll it from 0-5 and it manually adjusts the level of your low beam. I actually just checked a couple halogen equipped CLK's on Ebay and there was no such switch on the cars from the pictures. I wonder if this will have any interference if i retro the bi-xenons.

some slow@$$diesels
US spec cars do not come with this vacuum adjusting feature...the rest of the world cars do come with this vacuum levelling feature standard from factory when equipped with halogen headlights.
