If I remove the oem audio system headunit amp etc. Will I get a tele aid fault code? I do not have a telephone cradle built in my car but I do have a telephone button on my radio . Thank you

No. This will not cause TeleAid faults, though it will mean TeleAid will no longer be functional.

When you went to test the new head unit, did you have the upper control panel, with the "Passenger Airbag Disabled" indicator unplugged? If so, that's what caused the SRS error.
