car hesitates stutters on acceleration

So i just started noticing this since i did my exhaust and i kind of felt it before i did the exhaust but now i can definitely hear it . if i am on a stop light and i am about to go , I press the gas it starts to pick up dies off for a second and picks right back up . and with my exhaust i can hear the difference . Also the car seems like to hang in the gear . anyone experienced this ? can it be vacuum leak or is this common ?

For the vacuum leak . Where should I be looking ? I see a couple of hoses coming our of the valve covets or is there more hoses to check. On my other car I would start the car then take carb cleaner and spray around the engine until I heard the engine speer change . Is it ok to do it with this car ?

NO LONGER ACTIVE
This could also be a transmission problem, which may not set any ECU codes. I'd get the TCU scanned with equipment that can read it (SDS, iCarsoft, etc.)

Sounds like a transmission issue. My dealer fixed mine under warranty as a computer error. I think if I was out of warranty it would have cost about $150.

Same symptoms. Codes all looked good, thought it was a dirty MAF which I cleaned, still no good.

Bottle of injector clean fixed it all up.
