TTR's '09 CLK350 - Donna
Well here she is, my third Mercedes-Benz now. I don't modify my vehicles too much, however, figured I'd build a thread specific to my car.
2009 CLK350 with AMG Sport Package in Obsidian Black Metallic. Here's some pictures of her completely stock on Nokian Hakkapeliitta R2 winter tires:

A quick little modification that I did right off the top was the black out the chrome strips around the body of the car. Didn't do the window silhouette because I like how that accents the car. Decided to use electrical tape instead of proper vinyl to see if I liked the appearance before I put something more permanent on.

Had my resonator deleted, but it didn't provide the audible enhancements that I had hoped for. Changed out the muffler for a Magnaflow one and had the shop weld back on the AMG tips that came stock on the car.
Also, ordered some Niche Misano in 18 x 8 and 18 x 9.5:
Fitment is a bit weird, 1010tires was not correct. The front calipers are touching the spokes and the rears don't fit properly with stock lugs, so I'll be getting spacers shortly.
Love Michelin PSS, but since this car isn't that fast I think I'm going to just go for Bridgestone Potenza RE760 Sport instead for a better tread wear rating.

MBWorld Fanatic!
Very nice
Regarding resonator, did you delete just the middle large resonator? There are two more that sit between the primary cats and the middle resonator (which is the one I assume you removed). These two look like cats but on the m272/m273 engines are actually resonators (on m112/m113 engines they are secondary cats).
I did not notice much from the one large resonator, but after removing the 2 "bubble" ones I noticed quite a difference.

Some recent photos. Also, res delete was a bad decision. Sounds good but at 50% throttle it made this tinny rattle. Had it put back in, just rocking the Magnaflow muffler for now. Considering taking out the cats.

Finally complete. R129 SL55 AMG wheels, blacked out chrome trim, debadged, mildly tinted, Magnaflow muffler, and carbon ducktail.
