I had some pretty decent scratches on a silver Trans AM that I used base and clear aerosol touchup from http://www.automotivetouchup.com/. Did a little sanding then prime, then spray base, then clear. Wait a few weeks and buff. It came out pretty darn good. Better than the $100 I paid Colors on Parade to fix some stone chips on my Merc. No way I'd try brush on though.

I had good luck, but if you have clear coat, which is more likely, you need to do it in two stages if you want the color to match. Base plus clear coat.

It's about as big as finger nail. I may just pay to have it done.

I'd do that myself. One layer of paint, slightly proud with clear, wet sand level and buff.

Ok. I'm going to order the touch up and clear coat. Doesn't hurt to try I guess.

Do a small area first, use a blow dryer to help cure it faster.

Clean and Prep is the key.
