I am now considering a CLK 500 and there are some great deals on "like new" under 3000 miles 03 and 04's but I want Nav and neither car has it. Can it be added? Is it difficult? I don't want an after market version. Any help is appreciated.

Yes, as Cliffy mentioned. I had Steve install a factory NAV into my CLK500. Works perfectly. Just don't ask your dealer for a quote. They will tell you it can't be done - only because they don't know how to install a GPS antenna.

Can you give us an idea of what kind of great deals are out there in your area? Curious to see how much of a beating I took for purchasing my CLK500 in December of 2003.

I have a line on an 03 with sunroof pkg, lighting pkg and CD changer with 1200 miles for 47,500. I also found a similar car but a 2004 for 51k.

Thanks. Those do sound like good deals but it pains me to think that I've already lost about $10k in value

Wow! I would really love to install a NAV system to my 2003 W209. However, where can i get the product though? Is there a place where I can get the best deal on a NAV system?

Thx. I have contacted Steve and he has been of GREAT help! I have a question to ask though. I understand that Steve's Navigation system is refurbished item and I just want to know whether anyone who has installed the Navigation system from Steve have any problem at all with the functionality of the system after a period of time [let's say 2 or 3 months or even longer]. I am just concerned since it is a refurbished item and just want to confirm with anyone who has installed Steve's navigation before placing an order. Thanks a bunch!

I don't think anyone had had problems with Steve's comand systems and he's sold hundreds!
