Can't get screw out to remove door panel.
Hello everyone so I am trying to take my door off . But when I go to remove the screw under the arm rest the screw will not come out . It keeps spinning but won't loosen . Anyone had this issue ? Or any idea how to remove the screw ?

If you can try to use a long needle nose pliers to grab the screw while pulling and slowly turning!!
Alternatively, remove all the perimeter clips and connectors--are you now able to access the screw!!

I assume it will not screw back in tight either? In that case, you maybe able to remove the door panel with the screw in there. It will either just pull out, or it will pull out the thing it screws into. Also, as Plutoe said, pull out the clips and see if you can see what is going on from beneath. If you have never removed one of these panels before, the hardest part is knowing to pull up and put, not just out. You'll see why once you have it off. There is like this huge plastic hook mounted to the door that part of the panel goes over.

I tried using a needle nose and pull and no luck . I tried putting the needle nose head under the screw and try loosing it thinking maybe it needs some resistance and nothing . I got everything pooped out and still nothing . I can not tighten or loosen the screw . I have taken the door off 2 times and had no issue . The thing is the screw is holding the door panel right in the middle and I can not get it out enough to see whats inside . I don't want to pull hard because it might break the plastic door peace that's the screw goes through . should I try drilling out the screw ?

I think you'd have a heck of a time drilling it. It will spin and they are pretty hard. Can you get enough access from below to get a hacksaw blade on the screw? Not a whole hacksaw, just the thin blade. They make thin handles - kind of like a screwdriver handle - that holds hacksaw blades. If you can get a blade on the screw behind the panel, and hold the screw from spinning with the torx bit, then cutting it should not take too long. You don't really even need the blade holder. Just wear garden gloves or wrap the last few inches with duct tape.

I am going to try cutting the head with a dremel . even though its loose its still holding the door tight plus i dont want to start cutting next to wires.

Trying to picture what dremel tool you can get in there. The hole is pretty large since it has that big plug covering it. But doesn't the head itself sit in smaller space? No go on a hacksaw blade? I'd have to look myself to see if it would work - I was just speculating.

I assume a magnet wouldn't do it to pull it out. You more than likely cross threaded the screw and it's just spinning in the one of the new threads. Look up how to remove cross-threaded screws on youtube.
