Thank you!

Could you tell me know if I need RTV between pipes (hoses) and their fittings?

NO - no RTV on anything but the breather covers.

Thank you, Rodney. You made my day. I couldn't find it anywhere.

I don't understand why do I have to remove wire boots. They seem to go under valve cover. Could you explain?

you need an angled 17mm open wrench so remove the boots . If you removing the the valve cover to do the gasket . remove the valve cover first and it will be easier to remove them . The worst ones to do is the rear plugs

The only reason you need to remove the plug wires to do this job is because they are attached to the coils, which are attached to the valve covers. Technically you don't have to detach the plug wires - you can just move them out of the way once the coils are detached from the cover.

That is What I was asking about. I see no point pulling them out if they don't attach to cover (when coils unscrewed). Maybe for cleaner procedure/inspection.
