did anyone hear this problem that when you get of the car the ventaated seats turn on?

No, never heard of that - mine certainly doesn't do that.
But, the driver's side should turn on when you globally open all windows with the key from the outside, not that that helps...

Did you fart before you exited? Maybe you have the new fart sensor?
