Any ideas or experience with a rattle on my door

I know this is a common issue and have searched and read lots of threads but with no answers yet.

My passenger door has Suddenly started making a rattling noise, it sound like its coming from the front b pillar area, Sounds like plastic or the window glass.

I have remove a lower rubber bung on the door as there is a 10mm nut adjuster but it was still tight.

It only makes a noise going over small bumps. I need to check if it still does it with the window down. I don't want to be taking the door card off just yet, any help and advise would be appreciated. I'll do a video if I can catch the sound.

When I first got my CLK I noticed the passenger door was not flush. After examination I found all the bolts on the strikers/latch stuff were loose on both sides, and no the car has not been hit.

Ok I'll give that a check, I've noticed the noise is still present with the window down.
