Looking good at the Belchers, "LH3846"...but you gotto keep your hands still, LOL
Are those W211 E55 wheels? How did you ever "fit a round peg in a square hole" (well I mean 12mm bolt fitment on a 14mm hole) ??????????????

Hi Tezta,
Nice choice of wheels, stock suspension right? not even sports suspension option from the dealers right?
Cheers,
Ho

Thanks guys i appreciate the comments...
DTMCLK,
they are 8.5's all around with an offset of 30 but i spaced out the rears about 15mm. Rubbers are Michelin PS2, really nice feel and supposed to be super sticky..
Kaiju,
Yup stock avant suspension I dont think it had the factory sport suspension unless they are already included in the standard CLK200's here.
Cliffy,
which center caps do you mean? the Blue and white benz cap?
And if anyone wonders the rims are for the W211 so the bolt seats needed to be machined a bit to make full contact with the rim hole which requires a 14mm bolt.

I havent gotten the chance to take it past 80kmph you know the roads here but no vibrations at all infact it feels very solid, the spacers were damn expensive though around 130USD including the longer bolts.
Which carlssons are you gonna go with?

1/16BE I did not go for the staggered setup just 8.5 all round.
but now since you mentioned about spacer i think 10 at rear would be perfect.
Do u think so? or all round?

Id love to but theres a few reason why i should not..one is the warranty, theres only 1 official dealer here and they call all the shots, ive been told only a rim change is allowed without voiding the warranty. 2nd is that my parents drive the car sometimes and i dont think they would be too happy if i pulled an indo style drop..

Tetza,
Nice rims, too bad you can't lower the car though. I know it must suck to have no competition and letting one dealer have a monopoly. You made a great choice and enjoy all the Indo chicks checking you out!! (Especially with the Badminton racket with you) LOL!!!

That has got to be the cleanest building garage I've seen and your parking space is so well isolated from other cars too. Is this at your office or apartment building?
The rims are a very nice touch too.

Thanks guys!
Kaiju,
i am surprised as well about the ride height, most if not all of the other benzes in town are pretty damn low, actually when im driving with a passenger the car looks like it has been lowered. So i guess it looks better on the road
Marcus,
dude not too many indo chicks here, but a lot of hot models who apparently hang out at 1 particular night club...problem is so do all the other rich guys with 360's, E55's, CL55's, Lambos etc etc. I gotta take that damn CLK200 badge off:p
RJC,
Actually its a parking garage at a residential/commerial building. I go there to buy groceries and nobody is ever there...the first pic of my car before was in my garage at home. Really crappy parking conditions..

Nice rims Tezta. What did they charge you to have the holes machined?
Does anyone know if they sell the sport supension package here in the States?... anyways nice car, I really think it looks good.

well the bolts were machined not the wheel itself, the charge was not much but you know labor in HK is much cheaper than in the US for this sort of work.
I dont think you can get that factory sport suspension in the states your best bet is the contact steve and see what he can do for you, although i dont know how much cheaper it would be compared to a set of eibachs or H&R's
