my rear passenger window goes down about 20% than stops. It sounds normal, with no crunching sounds like you would hear when a regulator starts to go or breaks. Since this happens, the top does not go down either, which I assume is because of the window?

It almost seems like it starts to go down then hits something? Anyway, if anyone has experienced this or has any info, I would love to hear it!

Even though there's no noise, it's probably a bad regulator.
