Does anyone know of any setups for an Apple CarPlay radio that works with the steering wheel buttons?

Any head unit that has apple car play will work . For Steering wheel controls you will need to add a steering wheel controller. There like 60 to 100. But you won't be able to customize the buttons on the call so whatever your buttons do now is what they will do with the new unit
