changing suspension need some help with parts question

I am looking to change my shocks , struts and complete front end . my first question is I am going with I found Blistein B4 which are oe replacement but they also have the b6 which come with lowering springs . does anyone have the B6 and is it really that much better than stock ? for the frontend kit are aftermarket parts good or should I be looking at a particular brand ? Thanks for the help.

Can't answer your shock question, but for suspension parts buy Lemforder. They make the parts for MB, so they are absolutely identical except the missing MB star logo and part number, at a far lower price.

NO LONGER ACTIVE
Another vote for OEM Lemfoerder (a.ka. Lemförder) Shop around - I bought all for front control arms for about $350 delivered.

They sometimes have full front or back end sets which can be a lot cheaper than the individual parts. There may be others that are ok but just for an example, Victor Reinz valve cover gaskets are almost guaranteed to leak vs the oem manufacturer. Sometimes other brands are fine, sometimes they are not.
