can you give us idea of what parts you used for the install of a turbo?

Turbo stuff: t70 turbo with .96 ar housing ptrim. 3-4" stainless adapter to 4" exhaust off of the turbo. 2.5 inch stainless exhaust kit to build the exhaust from the front cats to the turbo and also used for the charge pipe up to the front mount intercooler. 44mm wastegate. I used a large treadstone intercooler with 3" inlet and outlets. 3 inch universal intercooler pipes from the intercooler to the mass air flow sensor. Greddy blow off valve,
Oil supply and return: -4 an stainless braided line from the oil pressure test pointon the front cover all the way back to the turbo. -10 oil hose from turbo to a turbowerx oil scavenge pump and -10 oil line back to the drivers valve cover with a -10 hose adapter threaded into the valve cover.
Tuning: wideband O2 sensor setup. Boost gauge, eurocharged tune, adjustable resistor on the mass air flow sensor signal wire. Split second map sensor clamp.
The two most important parts of a rear mount system is the air filter location and to make sure the wastegate is NOT dumped or vented under the car. The air filter will suck the exhaust right back up and you will get misfires. I ran my intake pipe with the air filter inside the trunk into the spare tire area so I can drive year round. You need to cut an opening in the spare tire compartment as far away from the tailpipe as possible to let fresh air into the turbo. Make sure the wastegate is connected to an exhaust tips to route the exhaust away from the car. Hopefully I remembered the main topics
Thank you for sharing, it's great to collect this knowledge. Was the tuning difficult? Originally Posted by Fibson1

I contacted eurocharged a while ago when I was considering a custom centrifugal supercharger and they said it should be fairly easy to tune with a maf clamp and street logging.
