I sincerely hope you dont mean the plug from the bulb connection. If you actually mean the terminal from the plug of the harness, there is usually a locking tab that would require you to remove. Then use a tiny paper clip to lift the locking tab and pull the terminal out of the plug.
If you want to get to the bulb, press on the tabs with thumb and fore finger and wiggle it gently as they sometimes are hard to come off the bulb connection

Hello Khan , No I don't mean the bulb I meant the actual plug that plugs into the headlight housing .

Have you won with this? As mentioned its a small tab holding over the connection. It would do you good to use a tiny flat screw driver to try and lift the tab up while you can pull on it. If you have a photo of it, I could explain it better for you.

I bought the lights on the site https://www.uzooka.com/ and I removed the front bamper. There are hidden bolts/screws. I think there are 3 on the top, maybe one on each front inner fender, and front bottom lip. Although I doubt you have to remove the belly shield. Good luck!
