I just recently purchased a 2003 clk430 cabriolet. It was garage kept with 101k miles in pretty good shape. Got a decent deal but it had a few issues. I've fixed most of them but I'm looking to do a brake job on it. The pads are not worn but it does have a vibration braking from speed leading to believe rotors are warped. Any recommendations as to what type/brand pads and rotors I should get for it? I wouldn't consider myself an aggressive driver but I am spirited behind the wheel of it 😉
I'm fairly new to MB though I did own a '86 420sel few years back, which is a whole different driving experience than the clk. I've not had to buy many parts but what I have bought has been oe MB. I would like to get brakes that are a little above what come on it factory.
