I'ts here our first MB
This is our first ever MB, we have been loyal BMW owners changing both cars every year for the last couple of years.
My wife decided that her 330i sport had to go in exchange for a new cabriolet.
We looked at the 3 series cab, Audi cab, MB cab & she decided that it was time to change brand.
We have thoroughly enjoyed owning BMW's & have always been drawn to them every year.
However, this time we have taken a gamble & gone with MB, after a test drive she admitted that she liked the car.
The reports of poor quality & reliability of MB did worry us a little especially as the car is significantly more expensive than a BMW cab.
I sincerely hope that MB image will hold up after a few weeks of ownership.
The car is finally here, we take delivery on Wednesday, let's pray for some sun here in the UK.
here it is, can't get any nice pics today due to the weather.
it looks black but is Tanzanite Blue/Blue Hood with Sand Leather.
get some more on tomorrow hopefully

Hey looks great!
Is the car's color the equivalent of "black opal" which we get in the United States?
Great Car , Great Colour, congradulation with your new CLK.
Did you check if you had NANO paint?
should be on your colour code tag.
I think it's just normal metallic paint.
if you have nano paint you would see either C359 or K359
you may do a search on NANO paint
refer to this

basically NANO paint is a new type of paint which has better resistance from scratch or chip.
so if you check your driver side door panel and paint tag, see whats the code you have.
Cheers

...Hey I just checked mine and found C189 on one of the driver side tag...
I never knew my car had nano paint though... it was a 10/03 production car.
I don't see any difference... But it's true the car so far doesn't have any chips from highway driving.

just our luck
