Code P0015

Yesterday the CEL illuminated, Today hooked up scanner and two codes were highlighted -
1 - Continuous camshaft adjustment (right) incorrect position of ex: camshaft P0015.
3500 miles ago I got the same code, I changed all four (with correct part number), before I purchased the vehicle both magnets on the RH bank were replaced at the dealer who was doing the maintenance for the previous owner (I have the invoice).
Is there another reason why I am getting repeat problems on the RHS?

The other trouble code was -
0856
Component Y110 (three disc thermostat jam in open position) coolant temp: rises too slowly P0128.
What is the part number of this item?

I'd replace the camshaft solenoids (magnets) again. I have heard of this happening. I am thinking that they may have still had some bad parts in the supply chain even after they made the revisions.

Thank you Rodney for the info:, would you know the part # of component Y110 and where is it located?

Y110 is the thermostat. It's located behind the top radiator hose. Part number should be A2722000115, but I'd double-check by VIN in case it was revised.
