Radio Nav replacement 2009 CLK350

Need some advice. In trying to install a *******, don't do it BTW, the Radio Nav now will not turn on at all. No screen, no sound, nothing. Radio Nav is MCS BB0660.

I've got a guy here in Jacksonville who will look at it for $110 plus repairs. But what I need to know is if I buy a used one off eBay, around $400, will it plug and play? Or will I still need to get the dealer to program it?

NO LONGER ACTIVE
It depends. There are two different versions - one has a "SYS" button, the other a "SERV". You have to get the version that matches your car's original unit. Other than that, no coding needed.
