If your car has keyless go you should be able to lock and unlock the car with the key in your pocket and only using your finger or hand on the door handle. It should appear on the build sheet as keyless go. If so then you only need to purchase the button, plug it into the key slot and off you go. I just went through this and initially nothing happened, I replaced the battery in the key and it worked perfectly. I purchased the button at the local dealership for $42. You may find it for less online but I am not sure if the buttons are application specific.

Sorry, I thought this was the 207 forum, disregard what I just said , if your car has keyless go the button is on top of the shift knob. You cannot add anything and have it work , the car has to come with the option.

You posted on the w209 forum but you have a 2014 c250. I believe my first comment is accurate for your car but I would go to the forum that covers your car.
