Rear sway bar diameter?

I have a W203 with a 15mm rear sway bar and I'm looking for a cheap larger dimeter bar to swap in. Almost all the suspension parts are interchangability between the w203 and w209 so what diameter rear sway bars came on w209s? I know some V8 models had 17mm rear bar. Is that also true for the v6 or does somebody have a list of the various bar diameter and PNs? I searched and wasn't able to find anything.

Thank you for your help.

Your best bet is to climb under a 209 and measure it, why do you want to go thicker? To induce oversteer?

The wagon has 21mm front 15mm rear. It's setup to understeer and with the top heavy body there's a lot of body roll.

I found a 17mm rear bar of a c55 on eBay for $40. PN 2033262065.
