Ugh the front looks horrible. Why would they want to make it look like a C class -_- the side vents are really tacky and the back diffuser they did a bad cutting job on. Oh and the shift knob is sideways from what I can tell lol.

I don't think it's that bad. I don't care for the side vents, but otherwise, a nice custom. But then again, I'm one of the few people who has just grown really tired of the teardrop headlights. They looked good, but are now dated.

It's not my cup of tea...... I don't care for the headlights, or the bumper. The bumper may look better without the required tag, but not much. The side logo is too much for me and the absence of side molding at the front and read breaks the flow continuity. The grill chrome blackout does not mesh with the chrome on the side molding. The fender flares are more than the tires need, front and rear. The hood vents or indentations seem too much for me, on this car. The rear diffuser steps outward and is distracting; I think it should have been flush. The interior look neglected......

I can't believe some people here think it's not bad. It's an abomination that screams "kill me now". It's no different than the ricers that put a BMW front end on their CRX. On top of all that the quality of the work is absolutely garbage.

And the "AMG" logo is not properly placed on the car. It shouldn't be there at all, but if you're going to cheat, at least put it where it belongs.
I wouldn't mind that rear diffuser, if it wasn't a hack job.

I agree with the teardrop headlight comment. They have not aged well (but not as bad as the Porsche 996 911 and 986 Boxster). But I honestly believe the CLK with the BiXenon and 03-08 SL still look okay since they are conjoined the two circles versus the W211 E and W215 CL, which look very dated. I wish on those early 2000s new models that they stuck with more of a W220 headlight style (those 03-06 ones still look really good on the road and was nice a evolution from W140 to W220 and then to the W221). And I don't know what they were thinking when they kept a two lamp design on the pre-facelift W212.

Yeah, I did not care for the headlights on the first-gen W212. Among other things, one reason I chose a facelift R230 was to get the revised headlights. But I know a lot of the R230 guys do not like them as they say it makes the car look like and SLK or even a W204 C-Class.

I mostly just don't get exterior mods. Not only do you spend a lot of money to change a car now worth only about $10k, but in order to make a noticeable difference the parts have to be over-designed by definition. So you always end up with vents to nowhere and fake hood scoops that no designer would ever do. My favorite is the CLK kit by Lorinser. It even has fake vents in the rockers. And the giant script Lorinser they put on the glove box makes me laugh out loud.

I suppose sometimes people just get ideas in their head and considering it was front end damaged it was an ideal excuse but its now mostly worthless and the old saying if you want an AMG why not just buy and AMG instead of wasting money to have a fake car.

Very ugly to me.
The side fender emblem should be removed. It looks like what you see people sticking on their fenders from advance auto/autozone crap. Rear diffuser should have been black. I think that's where people/manufactures screw up. They paint it body color and it ends up making the rear end look fatter/bigger when in reality you want the bottom part to kinda disappear giving it a more slimmed look. Looks more aggressive that way to me. The exhaust should be different or they should have cut the diffuser properly for the exhaust. That looks very bad. I can't stand the headlights. I have never been a fan of that style. I'm in the minority. I really love the Mercedes circle headlights. It's one of the reasons why I love our 09' w211 so much. It's a classic Mercedes look to me. The hood I had to do a double take because I missed it the first time since it's all white. Just doesn't flow. If the car is going to be aggressive then paint those louvers black. But since this serves zero purpose they would have been better off keeping the stock hood. I don't know what's going on with the foglights, as it looks like some half job retrofit because those shrouds look very familiar.
It's funny the side profile of the car even though the tires are up under the fender it still appears very high stance in terms of overall height of the car. Looks very off roadish to me.
Not my cup of tea though. At least they didn't butcher the interior...lol
