Blue smoke

It is oil smoke.
Can come from leaky valve guide seals. If its them you should also get a puff of smoke when accelerating after lifting the throttle.
Another possibility is worn rings.
A third is a failing AOS (Air Oil Separator)

You may not always get smoke when running. Both my CLK550 and SL550 will give a brief puff of oil burn like that If I start and stop them several times on a cold engine, as I might do if shuffling cars around int he driveway. When the seals are cold they shrink and will let a small amount of oil by. Once warmed up to operating temps, they seal just fine. Unless it starts getting worse and you're having to add a lot of oil between changes, I'd not worry about it.

Air Oil Separator/crank case breather should be the first thing to check, How many miles on the car 1,000k or 10000k or 100,000?
