It is oil smoke.

Can come from leaky valve guide seals. If its them you should also get a puff of smoke when accelerating after lifting the throttle.

Another possibility is worn rings.

A third is a failing AOS (Air Oil Separator)

Thanks I'm still New to the Forum still learning how to Navigate on the forum. I hope it's not too expensive to fix. I will post updates on my progress. If it's the valve stem seals can anyone point me to Mechanic in the New York City area that's able to change them plz Greatly appreciate it

NO LONGER ACTIVE
You may not always get smoke when running. Both my CLK550 and SL550 will give a brief puff of oil burn like that If I start and stop them several times on a cold engine, as I might do if shuffling cars around int he driveway. When the seals are cold they shrink and will let a small amount of oil by. Once warmed up to operating temps, they seal just fine. Unless it starts getting worse and you're having to add a lot of oil between changes, I'd not worry about it.

Air Oil Separator/crank case breather should be the first thing to check, How many miles on the car 1,000k or 10000k or 100,000?
