This morning I wanted to make a purchase from

FORMYMERCEDES.COM -

After 5 emails with pictures and several phone calls

i was able to decide the the item would not work for me -

He even called his supplier to check -

I have purchased from him before and his customer service

is always 5 star with fast shipping -

You hear the negative about sellers all the time -

Many times rightfully so -

FORMYMERCEDES.COM 's service is right in line

with the Mercedes slogan "The best or nothing" which

sometimes may be lacking at some dealerships -

I've always had excellent service from Jerry. Year ago, I bought the chrome door handle covers for my W163 ML from him. After a few years, one the endcaps fell off. I email Jerry to see if I could buy a replacement instead of the whole set, and he just sent me a new one, no charge. I know he has helped several forum members with custom shift knobs and such. If he sells it and I need it, I always buy from him.
