15 amp fuse keeps blowing

Hi - In my 2008 MB C320 CDi, my fuel level indicator stopped working, I keep getting messages for both rear signal lights, my trunk light and lighter in front console do not work. I checked the fuse box(es), there is one under the hood and one in the trunk (not sure what each are for), and there were 2 15 amp fuses blown (one in the trunk compartment and one in the trunk), I replaced them, and one under the hood keeps blowing out immediately. I do not have a fuse allocation chart and can't seem to find one online. Does anyone know what the problem could possibly be, and if anyone could point me in the direction of where I could find a fuse allocation chart I would be most thankful.

My EGR valve needs replacing (waiting on the part) and this fuse problem occurred like the day after my engine light came on and the mechanic told me it was most likely the EGR valve... does anyone know if this could be part of the problem?

Many thanks!~
