Hypoid Gear Oil Question

Does anyone know if Mercedes Differential Oil (Hypoid Oil) SAE 75W-85 NEW 001 989 17 03 10 is synthetic, blend or just a regular hypoid gear oil?

Thanks for the help.

Thanks Rodney. Do you know if 75W-85 be used instead of 80W-90 or no?

75W-85 is the proper weight. Here are the approved oils:

MBZ part number A0019893303 is actually Fuchs Titan Sintapoid FE 75w-85
