Which shocks better?

Hi there,
Need an advice. Mechanic has genuine shocks that he offered to install on my 2007 clk550 coupe.
Which is better? Bilstein shocks, Monroe or genuine (front shocks).
Please let me know your thoughts.
Thanks for your time.

I replaced the original shocks (SACHS) on my 2005 CLK 320 with brand new Bilstein B4 shocks and the experience was the same: OEM Performance.

So, both, genuine or bilstein are the same quality/performance ?
Thanks.

For me yes. The B4 provided the same performance and experience as the original Sachs ones.

Great

I actually wasn't aware that the original shocks were Sachs on the 2007 clk550 coupe. I never checked tbh. We're talking about front shocks right?
In any case, thank you so much, you've been a great help.
