Wink Interior Vent identification

Greetings-I recently purchased my first used 2006 MB CLK350 Cabriolet and I am enjoying the vehicle a lot. I have one question today- here is a picture
I took of a vent under my rear left passenger window and can anyone please explain the purpose of this vent or small hole less than a centimeter wide?

Welcome to the forum! Please take a moment to visit the User Control Panel and update your profile to include your location (at least country). This information will then appear below your name and avatar on the left side panel next to each post you make. This will greatly help others to give you better information. If you are using the mobile version of the site, you will need to switch to the "full" version to get to the User Control Panel.

Your picture did not come through. There may be a forum rule that prevents photo posting until you have a certain number of posts. Maybe try just posting the link to it.

Good day, after more observation in the back seat area I have determined that these holes are not vents at all but are mounting fixtures for the Wind Screen unit. Thanks Rodney for your assistance.
