Trickle Charge through Trunk?
I can get in the trunk, it's a convertible so i can't fold seats. Question is, is there any 'hot' wire that goes to the battery? I know where there's a ground post, I'm hoping something i can put a trickle charge through so i can just get the door to unlock, and then move the charger to the hood. Any ideas?
Or an idea when the door lock will turn, but doesn't 'stay' it turns then springs back to where i put the key in, won't go all the way. I saw someone else say break a window, no thanks!
The easy one jack i could use is the 10w light, and put a trickle charger on that to at least get the door open. light is 0.83 Amps, so trickle should be ok. What's ground and what's power? 1 wire is brown 1 wire is brown and yellow. Does anyone know what is positive and negative?

The large-gauge wire feeding the rear SAM (fuse panel) on the left side of the trunk is pretty much a straight run back to the battery, though it does go through a 200amp fuse (in the pre-fuse panel, under the hood). You could try connecting a battery charger there, though I'd use a trickle charge so as not to blow that fuse. Use any obvious ground point in that area.
