Driver seat not heating properly

Just noticed few days ago, my driver seat is not heating up the lombar and upper back side of the seat, only the bottom where the butt sits lol. Checked the passenger seat, that one is just fine heats up completely. What could be the cause ? Can it be fixed or a new seat ?

NO LONGER ACTIVE
It could be a bad heating element. I'd check connections on the seat controller, and then remove the seat back cover to make sure the wiring looks good. If all is well, then the heating element itself is broken,

Yeah I checked, everything seems fine, looked under the seat, took the back panel out, everything looks plugged up. Is there a fix for the heating element or you have to buy the whole seat?
Doesn’t seem like easy to access.

Heating elements can be replaced....
have to remove seat cover.
Some websites show how.
