2004 CLK 500
door disassembly
Hello Everyone . Happy Fathers day ! I am trying to take apart the door panel itself . I want to replace the material that's on the outside of the door pocket all the way on the bottom . Can I take this door panel apart or is everything pretty much plastic welded together ?

NO LONGER ACTIVE
Plastic welded. But you can still work on it. You'll just need to use epoxy to reassemble it after drilling out the the plastic "rivets".
