I was wondering if it was possible to upgrade my current 2009 OEM radio system, which does not have the full screen with navigation, to the OEM radio for the same model, CLK 350. Thanks!

Welcome to the forum! Yes, it's pretty much plug and play to do that, but you might want to consider and aftermarket double-DIN unit with more modern features
