Ive been lurking around a bit and thought I would turn to the experts to help out. I am looking at a 2007 CLK550 V8 and want to make sure it is not in the range for potential Balance Shaft Failure (it sounds like that is a rare occurrence, but wanted to double check). I think it is outside of the range, based on the VIN but I'd like your help. The VIN # is WDBTK72FX7F222455. Any guidance on this or other things to check would be greatly appreciated.
