2003 SL55, 2007 E550
2007 e 550 camshaft gear
I own a 2007 E550 with 105,000 miles on odometer. If the cam gear is going to fail would it have already happened?

No. If the engine is the range for potential failure, it may happen at low miles (like mine did under 30K) or well over 100K miles. Or, it may never fail.
