Clk 500
Clk 500 shifting issue
Has any one had an issue while driving, gear will get stuck (doesn’t matter which gear) and will not change up or down via auto or manual until you turn off the engine and restart?

Possible low fluid or conductor plate.

Sounds like "limp mode". Scan the TCU for codes. You'll need a proper tool that reads MBZ-specific systems and codes - a generic OBDII scanner won't do it.
