Hey friends so recently i noticed my rear headrests are raised really high (not sure how and why) it didn't bother me to begin with but now when i try put the top down it wont drop because of the headrests.. any idea on how i can lower them? i have a button my console which looks like a headrest and when i press it i can hear a lock type sound and nothing happens?

car is a 2009 clk280

Welcome to the forum! It sounds like the roll bar was activated. This sometimes happen on rough roads. You will need to manually lower the headrests.
