Can't manually open, top bow cover will not move

So I opened my soft-top today to get some hydraulic fluid moving through the lines and such as it hasn't been operated all winter. The top opened fine but would not close. So I went through the manual operation and was able to open the bow cover and raise the top back into position. In my haste to close the top, I closed the bow cover before the bow was engaged in the latches. Now I have the bow cover completely closed and locked in place with the bow unable to close as it cannot latch correctly in the top of the cover. I am unable to open the bow lid manually as it seems like the lid is somehow locked. Can someone point me in a direction that will unbugger my situation?

NO LONGER ACTIVE
You'll have to pop the cover open using the straps wrapped around the hinges. Use your manual key bald to open the trunk li for access.
