It's quite a trek - but there's a place in Cedartown, GA called European Sports Car Group. It looks very unassuming, but the owner (KJ) is a Mercedes-Benz and Porsche master tech. IIRC, the only person in the state of GA qualified to replace the clutch on a Carrera GT. I have used him many times over the years for problems with Benzes that have left everyone stumped. He's quite a character, but he knows his stuff and has all of the Benz diagnostic tools.

Used MBT of Atlanta once. Looks sketch on the outside, but was actually pretty good. Might want to check them out. In Norcross.
Ended up just going to RBM of Alpharetta due to convenience.
